While this 60 minute hatha class is conditioning for the whole body, there is enhanced focus placed on therapeutics for the feet and knees. To keep the feet and knees healthy and happy, we need to keep them mobile and free while strengthening and stretching the big muscle groups around them like the glutes, quads and hamstrings. Throughout the experience, there is also an invitation to offer focused appreciation for these hard working parts of our anatomy! Low body love!

An ideal class to close the day using various techniques to call our energy back to the present moment. From there, we can discern our most efficient use of it. Expect mindful, grounding centering and movement intended to be an embodiment of the natural cycle of expansion and contraction.

A 75-minute practice using focused observation of the senses to drop into the present moment. Expect some strong, sustained postures to learn to observe sensation rather than judge it, a useful skill to to cultivate for managing reactivity off the mat.

This 40ish minute practice offers lots of movement and power for these big, important muscles with an added touch of focusing the mind on appreciation of all the pleasure we can experience using our strong bodies including the abundance and beauty of nature and the world around us.
When you need an infusion of strength and resilience, this powerful practice uses the mind to remember past courage. It strengthens arms, core and glutes while reminding you that you’re stronger than you think you are.
This 75 minute experience begins with a 10 minute meditation known to be helpful for the “pitta” dosha in the mind, an Ayurvedic concept that can describe the state of mind/body when we are pushing ourselves (and maybe others) to get things done, to achieve and do more, perhaps to the detriment of our energy and relationships to others and ourselves. The sequence is meant to be engaging and strengthening, ultimately supporting more contentment with the way things are, as they are.
